Re. screen corruption: this is also happening on i945, it seems; I have a thinkpad t60 with FC6 that reproduceably corrupts about one line of display (by copying over different parts of the display), at 1280x1024x24bpp and higher, but only after executing a pm-suspend.

I thought I had filed a bug for this somewhere, but I can't seem to find it now.
